Aaron Pico is currently in an uncertain spot in his career due to issues with the PFL’s schedule.
Pico has publicly requested a full release from the PFL so that he can continue his career elsewhere, particularly the UFC. Should he get his wish, Pico would likely find himself matched up against some of the top names in the division.
The fellas at MMA Junkie Radio asked Pico to play a word association game to see how he would describe the UFC’s brightest at 145 pounds, using only a one-word response.
Here’s what Pico came up with:

Since Pico is known for his wrestling, a follow-up question was asked about matching up his American wrestling vs. Evloev’s Russian style:
“My wrestling is a lot better than his. I’ve watched all of his fights. I actually just watched three of his fights like two days ago. I study everybody, so I think my wrestling is a lot better than his.”
