Cris Cyborg is set to box Precious Harris-McCray on May 17 in the co-main event of Fight Night 3: San Jose, promotion officials announced. The six-round boxing match will take place at the Tech CU Arena in San Jose, California.
Cyborg, a multi-promotion MMA champion with a 6-0 record in boxing, will be entering her third boxing match this year. She recently secured two knockout victories in Colombia in March.
Her decision to participate in this boxing match under the Fight Night banner, promoted in part by Scott Coker, marks a reunion with a familiar figure from her Strikeforce and Bellator MMA days.
Cyborg reflected on the upcoming bout and her career milestone in a post on Instagram.
“Back in the Bay! May 17th 2005 is the anniversary of my first professional fight. This year is the 20th year of my professional career and to celebrate: May 17th 2025. I will be fighting Precious Harris-McCray in a 6 round professional boxing fight in San Jose, CA with @fightnightsanjose.”
While actively competing in boxing, Cyborg last stepped into the MMA cage in October 2024, where she defeated Larissa Pacheco at PFL: Battle of the Giants.
